We don’t want to spend anymore time on your hardware than you want us to and we appreciate how important it is to have it back safe. AEM SYSTEMS engineers are trained to consider more than the repair but how the hardware will work long-term, so our solutions will only be as invasive as strictly necessary.

We’ll begin by visiting you at your location at a time and date that best suits you. Our engineers will try and fix the issue on-site, saving you time and money if possible. If it’s a little more complicated and it isn’t able to be fixed on-site, we’ll remove your device and take it back to our secure offices where we aim to have the device fixed in 1 - 2 days. We’ll be in touch as soon as it’s ready and can even arrange a drop off.
